This PE bag has punched holes as a handle. In the opening area of the bag, where the finger holes are, this PE bag has a reinforcing fold over hem. The PE material of the case body was taken there about twice a consistent width, carded into the opening part of the body bag. This means a turnover top bag.

At the bottom edge of the hem fold over this second layer PE film in a line is sealed with a horizontal cross-seam on the layer overhead. This special part of sealed and double-laying film makes the bag a total of more dimensionally stable, and especially the lifting force increases by 100% around the handle punched-out hole. This type of bag is much in use in retail.
