Bag Printing – Non Woven

Mat bags made of polypropylene (PP) are an optimal carrier for your advertisement and for trade fair and promotional use. Non woven bags can be formatted and printed in many ways. Screen printing, or fabric printing, is especially well-suited for small orders and simple printing (logos and flat surfaces) with one or two pure colour tones.

If you need a higher printing quality or full-surface printing, offset printing is recommended for your printed fabric sack. Generally, this requires full-surface printing (100% printed surface). So that the design is as brilliantly colourful as possible, we use a white PP non-woven bag as our standard.

The same thing goes for gravure printing with non-woven bag printing. When using gravure printing, we guarantee real photo quality printing for your non-woven bags.

In these bag printing methods, it is not the non-woven fabric, but rather the BOPP foil which is printed and then laminated on the bag. Then the fabric rolls with laminated BOPP foil are sewn into bags. When using BOPP foils, advertising designs for your “non-woven printed bags “appear as even and bright as possible (Link).

In general, the entire exterior surface of the non-woven bag is printable including the handle, which we can sew into the bag before cutting out and manufacturing the rest of the bag – if the order size is not too small, approx. less than 500 pieces.
